We wouldn't put up with damaged or faulty goods and we certainly don't expect you to. 
We have a very thorough quality checking system in place but from time to time an occasional fault may slip through, if so our no quibble guarantee ensures that you will receive a full refund for all damaged or faulty items providing they are returned to us within 5 working days, and in their original packaging and condition.

 

We will refund your postage in full  (UK MAINLAND ONLY).


Refunds will be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit.

For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any individual pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set,this is with the exception of items that are deemed to be faulty an d are returned within 5 working days .
