Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
USE OF OUR PRODUCT IMAGES
Our product images are only available to be used with prior written permission by Accessories by Park Lane,please email sales@parklaneonline.com with your request.
We will only give permission for these to be used for an item that has been purchased directly from us within a 12 month period.
Under no circumstances can any model images be used.
Deliveries
If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.
RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be returned or cancelled if agreed with the company and this request is made in writing to orders@parklaneonline.com
Any returned stock will be subject to a restocking fee of £30 and the cost of returning the stock will be at the expense of the customer or whatever is the greater cost.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel any orders .
FORCE MAJEURE
The company will not be liable for failure to deliver the goods or for any delays in delivery of the goods where such failure is caused or contributed to by any delays outside the the companies reasonable control including srikes,acts of god ,theft,water and emabargo.
Overseas Delivery
We now deliver to the UK and Europe. If you are not based in the the UK or Europe and would like to purchase our products, please get in touch with us (enquiries@parklaneonline.com) .
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE EUROPE THE MINIMUM ORDER IS ONLY £150,IF YOU PURCHASE OUR JEWELLERY AND THE WEIGHT IS KEPT TO A MINIMUM THEN DELIVERY COSTS ARE VERY REASONABLE,TYPICALLY ONLY ABOUT £20 FOR A 2KG PACKAGE.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ORDERS
Free delivery on orders over £300.
Minimum order £200 plus £12 for delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept most major credit and debit cards.
The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items only if we are informed within 5 working days of receipt . Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods, This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set.

Errors & Omissions
Accessories by Park Lane cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product you have ordered has as incorrect price due to an error we have made, we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling or altering your order.
